Gentle Movement for Strength, Balance, and Inner Calm

Join Christine Kestner for an uplifting and accessible Tai Chi class designed for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Christine teaches the Yang 24 Short Form, a flowing sequence of gentle movements known for promoting flexibility, balance, and a calm mind. This form is widely recognized for its ease of learning and its restorative benefits.

Certified through the Functional Aging Institute (FAI) as a Tai Chi Instructor and a long-time student of both Tai Chi and Qigong, Christine brings a wealth of personal experience and insight to her classes. She credits her own Tai Chi practice with aiding in her recovery from a shoulder injury, and she’s passionate about helping others experience the healing power of mindful movement.

Whether you're looking to improve stability, reduce stress, or simply try something new in a supportive environment, this class offers a tranquil yet energizing way to care for your body and mind.
