Lauren Lee is a clinical herbalist, energy healer, and the heart behind Golden Goddess Alchemy, a wellness company devoted to mind, body, and spirit alignment. Her practice blends herbal medicine, crystal healing, polarity therapy, Reiki, and deep intuitive guidance to help others awaken their natural healing wisdom.

Lauren completed her foundational and clinical herbal training with Teresa Boardwine at Green Comfort School of Herbal Medicine, and has continued her studies in Energetic and Evolutionary Herbalism with Kat Maier and Margi Flint. In 2024, she began working closely with Medical Herbalist Geo Giordano of Geo’s Joy Herbal Medicine. Additional training in Reiki I & II, and Polarity Therapy enriches her holistic, heart-centered approach.

An alchemist at heart, Lauren finds joy in transforming herbs into medicine, creating space for clients to feel grounded, nourished, and connected. Outside of her practice, she enjoys organic gardening, foraging with her husband, making healing jewelry, and crafting vibrant, plant-powered creations.
