Christine teaches the Yang Simplified 8 for absolute beginners, and the Yang 24 form for advanced beginners. She credits her Tai Chi practice with helping her to recover from a shoulder injury.
Students who have limited mobility and/or no experience practicing Tai Chi may wish to join one of the Absolute Beginner series offered on Tuesdays from 7-8pm.
Students who have some experience practicing Tai Chi may wish to join this class. Join us to practice Tai Chi fundamentals and learn the Yang 24 form.
